Embracing Herbs

Similar to your charming friend who walks into a party and distributes warm hugs, culinary herbs love to embrace other foods and can do so very simply. In the company of pesto, plain pasta is transformed into a full, flavorful dish! Miso soup is not complete without the hint of scallions. During this class, we will explore pesto, fritters, yogurt-mint sauce and more. Join us for a delicious evening of learning how to incorporate simple herbs into everyday meals. 

If bringing a guest, please register your guest separately to reserve their space. 

This workshop is part of the Celebrating Spring Foods series which consists of 3 cooking classes from May through June 2023. The Celebrating Spring Foods workshop series is dedicated to sharing timely information in a hands-on, accessible format, including support materials for participants to use at home.
