Food Preservation Classes:
Under Pressure - 9/14/2013 - 10am - 12pm. Participants will learn how to safely can low-acid food, like corn and meats in a pressure canner. We can test your canner gauges, so bring them with you! Participants will take home a jar and be eligible for a drawing for the New Ball Blue Book.
