Join us and learn the basics of the composting process and how to create and maintain their backyard bin. We will explain each step of the composting process including site selection, the pros and cons of various composting bin types, acceptable materials to compost, and how to harvest and use the finished product.
To be entered into the raffle to win one of twelve (12) free Geobins, participants must be a Broome County resident, attend the entirety of the workshop. Raffle winners will be drawn at random the following day, April 21st and contacted to schedule a pick-up at the CCE Broome County office located at 840 Upper Front Street in Binghamton, 13905.
