Each summer, the Wayne County 4-H Program offers a 1-week day camp for youth aged 5 (completed kindergarten) to 12 years of age, at Beechwood State Park, on the shores of Lake Ontario in Sodus, New York. In light of recent news about how Coronavirus is effecting youth, we have determined that the way to provide a safe camp experience for all is to host a virtual "Camp from Home"!
4-H Camp Beechwood: Operation Camp from Home will offer camper's favorite activities - song circle, guest presenter, cabin activity with their counselor, Beechwood State Park scavenger hunt, rec activity, and closing circle - all from the safety of your home! Camp will happen virtually each day of the week of camp, July 6-10, from 10:00-11:45am. $50 camp registration includes a box (shipped or delivered) with all of the needed supplies for the week's activities and t-shirt.
