4-H science program

The 4-H science program will give youth the opportunity to participate in supervised experiments and form their own opinions about different scientific issues. They will be lead in investigations on the properties of different materials and the advantages/disadvantages of each. At an age appropriate level they will devise solutions to reusing plastics and learn about why some plastics cannot be recycled.

The focus of the program will be their investigation and experiences, with guided learning about how plastics affect the world. Made up of fun games and activities, with a little bit of learning, this program is sure to keep youth questioning the world around them as they grow into scientists of the future.
