4-H LIFE ON THE FARM (Summer 2021) - PRE-REGISTRATION * Brewster, NY
Monday, July 12 - Thursday, July 15, 2021 * 9:00am - 1:00pm
Open to Putnam County Youth ages 9 & up; First Paid / First Serve. (Non-Residents may be considered if the program does not fill up).
PLEASE NOTE: YOUR PRE-REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL PAYMENT and ALL required 4-H Enrollment / Membership Forms HAVE BEEN RECEIVED. Full payment must be received within 5 business days or your child's registration will be canceled. If you decide to pay with PayPal, please make sure after submitting the registration form that on the next page you click on "add to PayPal cart" to continue with your purchase.
PLEASE Have Your Child:
- Wear appropriate closed-toe footwear
- Bring lunch (daily)
- Bring a reusable water bottle (daily)
- Bring / wear sunscreen / bug spray (daily)
- A Mask (Only for indoor settings/Social-Distancing will remain in effect)
- PARENTS: Please pick up your child promptly at 1:00pm
The Registration Fee includes all materials & supplies.
