Thank you for Pre-Registering for the 4-H Jr. Vet Workshop Series Spring 2020
PLEASE NOTE: YOUR Pre-REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. If you choose to pay by check instead of online payment - Full payment must be received within 5 business days or your child's registration will be canceled. Upon receipt of your Online Pre-Registration, you will receive a packet in the mail - please be sure to complete & return the 4-H Youth Enrollment Packet provided at least 1 week prior to the start of this program.
This program is open to Putnam County Youth Only, ages 9-14. (Non-Residents may be considered if the program does not fill up). Prior participants are not eligible to take part.
LOCATION: Participants of this program will visit several different Veterinary Clinics throughout Putnam County - Upon receipt of your paid registration, you will receive a Course Outline with agenda & location of each class.
NOTE TO PARENTS: Please pick up your child promptly at 7:45pm. Please also have your child wear closed-toe footwear and discuss Cell Phone Etiquette with your child prior to class.
PLEASE NOTE: This program may not be suitable for children with animal-related allergies and/or respiratory issues.
