4-H Computer Club
Open to youth grades 9-12.
Have you ever wondered what's inside your computer? Browsed laptops while shopping without understanding the difference between an Intel Core i7 and Intel Core i5 processor? Heard that you can save money by building your own PC, but are intimidated by the challenge that would present?
In this class, we will teach about computer hardware- Internal and external, so that students may better be prepared for meeting their needs in a technology-driven world. Students will be helped to better understand how to meet their needs, while also managing their budget.
Computer club will meet on Saturdays in August, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Bringing a laptop is highly recommended, but not required. It is recommended that you plan to attend all sessions.
