Thank you for your interest in participating in the 4-H June Horse Show on June 17th, 9 am -4 pm. The event will take place at the Alex T. Duffy Fairgrounds in Watertown at the Horse Ring.
You will need to complete the following prior to the event:
1. Read the NYS 4-H Equine Show Rule Book Please understand that you must follow the rules and guidelines outlined within.
2. If your child is not already enrolled in 4-H for the current year you must do so prior to the event on June 17th. Please reach out to Kathryn Ripstein at ker99@cornell.edu for a 4-H Enrollment packet.
2. Your child and their horse must be evaluated for safety prior to the June 17th event by a 4-H Educator. A Riding evaluation can be done on April 1st. at Hobby Horse Riding LLC or can be scheduled on an individual basis. Please reach out to Kathryn Ripstein, ker99@cornell.edu for more information!
3. You must bring a copy of your Coggins and rabies certificates with you to the event on June 17th. We are unable to let any individual participate without this information.
