Cleaning, Sanitizing & Hygienic Design Workshop

THIS TRAINING HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO LOW ENROLLMENT. PLEASE REGISTER IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE ON THE LIST WHEN IT IS RESCHEDULED.

The Institute for Food Safety at Cornell University, the University of Vermont and CCE Broome are hosting a workshop on Cleaning, Sanitizing & Hygienic Design. This one-day workshop will include:

- a brief review of produce safety
- Presentations focused on cleaning, sanitizing & drying best practices
- An introduction to hygienic design
- Several hands-on exercises to reinforce cleaning, sanitizing & hygienic design practices

Lunch will be provided as part of registration. Registration is limited to 30 participants, but a minimum of 15 are required to run the training.
