2020 New York State Maple Tour

Food and Tour Package
Full Tour Package - $ 200 per person – includes Friday Evening Social, Tradeshow, Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday & Sunday, Saturday night Banquet, Tour Transportation in Air-Conditioned charter busses.
Single Day - Saturday or Sunday - $105 per person -One Day Tour Transportation, one Lunch, Tradeshow (does not include Saturday night Banquet)
Banquet only – $50 (included in the Full Tour Package)
Tradeshow Only - $25 (included in the Full Tour Package)
Late Fee (after August 14, 2020): $20 per person single or full tour
$10 per person Banquet only
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing and received by Cornell Cooperative Extension Delaware County at the listed address on or before August 31, 2020 in order to receive a full refund. "No shows" will not be refunded.
Tour stops will be made in Schoharie & Delaware Counties.
No registrations may be made by phone, however payment by credit card may be called in after registering online. Payments and registration can also be completed by mail (Cornell Cooperative Extension of Delaware County, 34570 St. Hwy 10, Hamden NY 13782). Make Checks payable to CCE Delaware County.
Confirmations will be mailed or emailed to the individual who made the reservation.
Note: Lodging reservations are the responsibility of tour participants.
The Quality Inn is offering rooms at a discounted price of $99/night plus tax for anyone who is participating in the 2020 Maple Tour.
