These classes are open to enrolled Jefferson County 4-H youth and 4-H enrolled afterschool youth from Beaver River, Copenhagen, Indian River, Gouverneur, Watertown, LaFargeville and Belleville Henderson Schools.
Own the Mic
Do you like to tell stories to your friends? Do you like to talk to people about things that interest you? Then Own the Mic is for you! Own the Mic is a public speaking program that allows youth to explore public speaking through interactive games and activities on the Zoom platform. This program is geared towards youth grades 4-6 and will run every Monday and Wednesday from 5:30-6:30 PM starting April 13, 2020. Join us and take the nerves out of public speaking with this fun program!
