Join us for the Stream Explorers Youth Adventure on Saturday, April 27, 2019 from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm at the Ashokan Center in Olivebridge, NY. Registration begins at 8:30 am. Residents of the Ashokan Watershed are preferred, including those who live in the towns of Shandaken, Olive, Woodstock, Hurley, Lexington, and Hunter.
This year's event is designed for kids in grades 3 through 7 and will include a variety of "hands-on", outdoor environmental stream-related activities. Topics include:
- Investigating stream ecosystems and dynamics - Esopus Gorge hike and waterfall exploration - Using scientific methods to assess stream health - Water-related games and activities
The fee for this exciting day of fun-filled stream science activities is only $10 per person if paid by April 4, and $15 per person thereafter, which includes lunch.
Pre-registration with payment is required by April 19. Walk-ins will not be accepted.

You may also register in person at our Shokan office at Ashokan Watershed Stream Management Program, 3130 State Route 28, Shokan, NY, Mon-Fri 8-4:30, with a check. The office is located across the street from the Citgo.
