2019 New York State Maple Tour
Friday- Sunday, July 12-14, 2019

Hosted by Western New York Maple Producers Association of NYSMPA, Cornell Cooperative Extension of Wyoming County and the Cornell Maple Program
Registration Form must be received by June 15th, 2019
Note: tours start and end at the Erie County Fairgrounds. Lodging reservations are the responsibility of tour participants.
Food and Tour Package (tour transportation in air-conditioned charter busses)
Full Tour Package - $ 190 per person – includes:
Friday Evening Social, Tradeshow, Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday & Sunday
Saturday night Banquet
Single Day - Saturday or Sunday $95 per person
One Day Tour Transportation, one Breakfast, one Lunch, Tradeshow (does not include Saturday night Banquet)
Banquet only – $40 (included in the Full Tour Package)
Tradeshow Only - $25 (included in the Full Tour Package)
If you are registering more than one person, please fill out a name tag field for each person.
Late Fees are included after June 15, 2019: $20 per person single or full tour
$10 per person Banquet only

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing and received by Cornell Cooperative Extension Wyoming County at the listed address on or before June 30, 2019 in order to receive a full refund. "No shows" will not be refunded.

*Accommodations for persons with disabilities may be requested by calling CCE Wyoming at (585) 786-2251 no later than ten days prior to the event to ensure sufficient time to make arrangements. Requests after this date will be met when possible.
