Farm Transfer Planning
Are you interested in information about planning for the transfer your farm? Would you like to save money when you meet with an attorney regarding the transfer of your farm? If so we have a workshop to help you prepare and take the first steps toward reaching your goal.
It begins with what you already know, what you want and assessing your current situation. Then writing down your thoughts and questions to take stock of what you know and how to prepare to communicate with others involved.
Join our confidential once a week 2 hour educational program for four-weeks at Cornell Cooperative Extension Oneida County, 121 Second Street, Oriskany, NY workshop planning sessions.
The sessions will begin on Thursday, October 25, 2018 followed by 3 more sessions Nov 1, Nov 28 & Dec 6. each session is from 7 pm – 9 pm. Registration is limited and on a first come basis. The cost is $75 per family (up to 3 members), it includes an organized workbook, resource materials, and light refreshments.
